Indicators for enhancing learners’ engagement in massive open online courses: A systematic review

Massive open online courses (MOOCs) have paved a new learning path for the 21st-century world. The potential to reach massive geographically dispersed audience is one of major advantages MOOCs. Moreover, they can be offered on self-paced and self-regulated basis become an integral part lifelong learning, especially in workplaces. However, persistent problem lack learners’ engagement. A harmonisation studies providing holistic view into aggregating indicators enhancing engagement MOOCs lacking. coronavirus pandemic has accelerated MOOC adoption, even more essential success this educational innovation. We examine existing literature derive important environments.
